Diffuse it, to ease tension and promote restful sleep. Helps to decrease anxiety and stress. Chakra Healing Benefits : Diffuse it during meditation to help heal Heart, Crown Chakra. Skin care Benefits : When diluted and used on the skin it helps calms acne and brighten the skin tone. High in antioxidants, and therefore helps reduce signs of aging.

How to Use: Essential oil and carrier oil dilution ratio chart shared along with the product. SKIN and HAIR : Blend 2 – 3 drops in 5 ml carrier oil for usage on skin or hair. For beginner or sensitive skin less is great to start with. BATH WATER : Blend 8 to 10 drops in 10ml carrier oil and add to a bucket of bath water for an aromatic bath. AROMA DIFFUSER : Add 4 to 5 drops in water in a diffuser to create a pleasing scent.
